Biography

Allen K. Williams is an exceptional personal injury attorney with more than four decades of experience representing clients throughout Hawaii. A partner at Trecker, Fritz & Williams, he is known for his determined advocacy on behalf of individuals, families, military personnel, and visitors who have suffered serious injuries due to negligence. His practice spans a wide range of personal injury matters, including traffic, bicycle, and pedestrian accidents; aviation incidents; slip‑and‑fall injuries; and medical malpractice, as well as complex insurance‑related disputes.

After earning his J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 1979, Mr. Williams began his legal career in California before joining the Hawaii bar in 1981. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Hawaii and has built a respected litigation practice grounded in meticulous preparation, strategic negotiation, and a commitment to achieving meaningful results for his clients. He has been a pilot and counsel in many of the major helicopter and other aviation cases in Hawaii.
